How online ED care works

Online ED care works like any medical visit: you share information, a licensed clinician reviews it, and treatment follows only if the clinician decides it is appropriate. At StiffiesRx, that happens in three steps.

Share your health history

The questionnaire is the clinical heart of the visit, so have a few things ready. Accurate answers protect you: the provider can only screen for risks they know about.

Receive a clinician assessment

A licensed U.S. provider reviews your questionnaire. They may ask follow-up questions, and they can decline to prescribe or recommend that you see a clinician in person. That is a normal outcome of a real medical review.

Prescribing and payment are separate decisions. Paying for a plan does not purchase a prescription; the provider's medical judgment determines whether treatment is appropriate. If you are not prescribed, see the refund policy for how charges are handled.

If prescribed, arrange medication and follow-up

If the provider prescribes treatment, a state-licensed compounding pharmacy prepares your gummies and ships them in discreet packaging. Plans are monthly subscriptions, and current plan pricing is shown on the product page.

Treatment options and what StiffiesRx offers

ED has many possible treatments, and it helps to see the whole landscape before one catalog. According to the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK), clinicians often start with lifestyle changes such as quitting smoking, limiting alcohol, increasing physical activity and maintaining a healthy weight, and they look for and treat underlying causes, including medicines that may contribute to ED.

Medical options described by NIDDK include oral PDE5 inhibitors, which improve blood flow to the penis; testosterone when ED occurs with low testosterone; injectable medicines and suppositories; vacuum erectile devices; counseling; and, after other options, surgery such as an implant.

Who may need a different kind of care

Online care suits many adults, but not everyone. The provider decides case by case, and no checklist guarantees eligibility. Some situations are more likely to lead to an in-person referral or a decision not to prescribe.

People with significant heart disease, uncontrolled blood pressure, recent stroke or heart attack, serious liver or kidney disease, certain eye conditions, or a history of prolonged erections may need testing a questionnaire cannot provide. Sudden or painful ED, or ED alongside other new symptoms, also deserves an in-person visit.

If the provider recommends in-person care, that is good medicine, not a rejection. Your primary care clinician or a urologist can run tests and treat underlying causes.

Privacy, providers and pharmacy partners

Trust in online care comes down to who treats you, who dispenses your medicine, and how your information is handled.

Providers. Your questionnaire is reviewed by licensed U.S. providers, who are responsible for the decision to prescribe. Contact support to reach the care team with follow-up questions.

Pharmacies. Prescriptions are filled by state-licensed compounding pharmacies. The FDA's BeSafeRx program says a safe online pharmacy requires a prescription from a licensed healthcare professional, provides a physical U.S. address, is licensed by the state board of pharmacy in your state, and has a state-licensed pharmacist available to answer questions. Sites that sell ED medicine without a prescription or ship from abroad are warning signs.

Privacy. StiffiesRx describes its service as HIPAA-compliant and LegitScript certified, with discreet delivery. Discreet packaging means the outer package does not advertise its contents; it does not make you anonymous to the provider, pharmacy or carrier.
