Refund and Returns Policy

30-day first-order money-back guarantee

You have 30 days from the date your first order is delivered to try Stiffies. If you don’t like it or don’t get an erection, you’re eligible for a full refund, no questions asked. Email care@stiffiesrx.com within 30 days of delivery to request your refund. This satisfaction guarantee applies to your first order only.

If you’re not prescribed

You are charged upfront when you place your order. If your licensed provider does not prescribe treatment, you receive a full refund that reaches your account in 3–5 business days.

Prescription medication returns

We cannot accept returns of prescription medication. This does not affect your eligibility for the first-order money-back guarantee or a refund if you are not prescribed.

Subscription cancellations and changes

Your selected plan renews every 30 days at the same price. To cancel or request a change to your next refill, email care@stiffiesrx.com at least 48 hours before your next processing date. Refunds for subsequent refills are not guaranteed once the pharmacy has processed the order. The first-order guarantee remains available within its 30-day window.
